Shipping Policy

Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with the shipment details and tracking information. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Options and Delivery:

• Flat Rate Shipping: 18AED for all orders.
• Orders are delivered within 3-7 business days across the UAE. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances like delays from the courier service.

International Shipping:
Currently, we do not offer shipping outside the UAE.

Returns and Refunds:
We accept replacement within 3 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a replacement for the product price.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
In case your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at pulsecaart@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the package. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and provide a replacement or refund as needed.

Customs and Duties:
There are no additional customs or duties for domestic orders.
